Last Minute Prepping

 

Goal:


Most people who are in the pandemic are under prepared because they did not plan what to do once the corona virus or any disaster hit and that is why I have this blog so that I can share the journey of me prepping so that you can everyone around you can be prepared in an emergency crisis and that is why I do what I do because I know how hard it can be and how anxiety inducing it might be that is why I do and if you look at my blog you will see that I have reached my goals first things first that you will need to do is get an ample amount of food that will last you for the foreseeable future and that is what’s important because in this day and age you cannot be sure how and when another lockdown might and you might not be prepared at the last minute that is why my blog is so helpful because you will be able to see my journey and goal without any problems and will be able to tag along while also prepping for yourself which is what I excel in and that is what comes in handy when it comes to survival because if you do not have a sufficient amount of food stocked up you will be in big trouble when all you have is your wits and nothing to eat or drink as I’ve said in my blog when I am prepping for the lockdown I make I tend to get a lot of items and different food groups because too much of a same thing is bad and I want to avoid getting my taste buds used to a certain treat that is why I have variety in my food and in my drinks because in a crisis the prepping matters.

We can all agree on one thing that food is the basic necessity of life and no person and or thing will survive if it does not get the proper nutrients and that last is why I am so prepared for a crisis because the world is in chaos and you should be prepping for yourselves as well because last minute prepping is not efficient , you might want to get the basic food groups that will provide you with the nutrients for your everyday life and with that in mind you will need to get food that are different in taste and will give you the energy to exercise at home because it is very important for you to stay in shape as well who will take care of you if you do not take care of yourself which brings us two the second item in our prepping drinks as you already know drinking is a huge part of our diet and although a human can survive on water alone after some time you would want something else and that is why I would advise to get some variations of drink so that they don’t feel the same and that’s not all because with drinks people often like to pick up the alcohol beverages which are not an ideal pick if I say so myself because you do not want to wake up with a hangover when you cannot even take care of yourself it becomes hard for anyone to take care of you so I will highly advise against taking alcohol beverages and you might want to pick light drinks that will go a long way and will help you stay hydrated and with that in mind you should keep in mind that this prepping will help you in your time of crisis so you should give it your time so that it is done right.
